NomadTech’s CNC machines reach new markets in Melilla and the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)

As part of our international expansion, we’ve established new distribution agreements in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Partnering with OKM, Red Fox 2 is now available in these markets, where demand for reliable, high-quality CNC machinery is on the rise.

CNC technology in Melilla: OKU Desk joins ATECA Classrooms

NomadTech’s signed a distribution agreement in Melilla as part of the Vocational Training Modernisation Plan to transform classrooms into spaces for applied technology. Known as ATECA Classrooms, these areas simulate a real working environment to help students develop skills used and sought after by companies.

The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training, and Sports has allocated 330.000 euros to create these classrooms in six educational centres across the city. In summer 2024, IES Enrique Nieto inaugurated and launched the first.

ATECA Classrooms feature versatile workspaces for various professional disciplines, equipped with advanced technology such as NomadTech’s OKU Desk laser cutter and engraver, as well as virtual reality systems, holographics, artificial intelligence and 3D printers. The centres CIFP Reina Victoria Eugenia, IES Juan Antonio Fernández, IES Leopoldo Queipo, IES Rusadir and IES Miguel Fernández are set to be implemented by 2025.
