At Nomad Technologies S.L. We treat the information provided by interested persons in order to offer our services and maintain direct contact by email or telephone call. We also treat the information provided for the execution of training / support contracts and preparation of orders offered by Nomad Technologies S.L., when these cases occur.

How long will we keep your data?

TERMS OF SALE

These conditions generate a binding agreement between the buyer and Nomad Technologies S.L. regulating the offer, the acceptance of purchase and the conditions of the shipment of products.

Internet Purchase Order Acceptance

Until your order is accepted by Nomad Technologies S.L. There will be no contractual obligation between both parties.

After processing your order you will receive an email confirming it. However, this does not imply tacit acceptance of the order. The acceptance of the order will be communicated to you by e-mail and only then will the purchase contract be formalized, which will be exclusively for the products and quantities included in the order.

Nomad Technologies S.L. reserves the right to reject orders that do not present sufficient guarantees, are incorrect or incomplete, as well as in the event that the ordered products are not available, or any other cause without liability to third parties.

In case of cancellation of an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and if the amount of the order had been charged, the amount charged will be reimbursed.

Nomad Technologies S.L. will only accept € (Euro) as the exclusive payment currency.

Shipping and Transportation Policy

Nomad Technologies S.L. makes shipments to all of Spain and Europe by express courier. Deliveries will be made exclusively on business days from Monday to Friday and are carried out by recognized transport companies.

In the case of payment by transfer, the shipment will not be made until receipt of the transfer is confirmed, which can delay the shipment from 1 to 3 days.

The cut-off time for your order to be processed on the same day is 1:00 p.m. Orders received later will be processed the next day.

The preparation time for shipment will not exceed 48 hours, if this is longer, the customer will be notified to inform him of the delivery time, and he can decide whether to continue with the purchase.

Nomad Technologies S.L. will not be responsible for the delays that could be caused in shipments as long as these are unrelated to its logistics tasks and depend on the transport company in charge of it.

When the order is shipped, it will be notified via email and the tracking of the shipment will be provided to the customer in order to track the order and ensure that the package is delivered on the agreed date and address.

Nomad Technologies S.L. reserves the right not to send certain products due to not being able to guarantee their safety during transport due to their weight, dimensions and/or anatomy. Special handling products (due to their volume or fragility) have a different logistics circuit, with longer delivery times.

It is important to check the status of the packages as soon as they are received. In case of visible external damage or clear appearance of mistreatment during shipment, it must be clearly indicated on the carrier's delivery note. It is recommended to take photos of the damage as they will be required when making a possible claim.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Nomad Technologies S.L. is not responsible if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated. 

Unequivocal Errors

Nomad Technologies S.L. is in no way obliged to supply the products at an incorrect price, even if the error was unequivocal and had been reasonably recognized. If the order had been accepted, it would be canceled and processed from the beginning with the pertinent correction applied to the price.

 

Payment Methods

The payment methods accepted in our online store are:

1. Electronic payment: We accept payments by debit or credit card.

2. Bank transfer or Deposit in our account:

The term to make the payment by transfer is 4 days from when the order is placed. If after this period the payment has not been received, Nomad Technologies S.L. may cancel the order without notifying the customer.

For the transfer, the order number and the name and surname of the client must be indicated.

Returns & Exchanges

Nomad Technologies S.L. will only accept changes and/or returns in the following cases:

1. Damages produced in transport:

In the case of receiving an order allegedly damaged during the course of its transport, the following should be done:

- Leave notification of the fact on the carrier's delivery note for review.

- Take pictures of the damaged package before opening it.

- Open the package and check if there are visible defects in its content.

- Take pictures of the damage, if any.

- Immediately report the incident to the transport company.

- Inform NomadTech by sending an email with the photos attached to support@nomadtech.es

2. Defective merchandise:

In the case of detecting a supposedly defective product after opening the package, proceed as follows:

- Take photographs of the product and in detail of its flaws.

- Inform NomadTech by sending an email with the photos attached to support@nomadtech.es

3. Order preparation error:

In the event of receiving an order that contains errors with respect to the order placed, the following procedure should be followed:

- Take photographs of the newly opened order evidencing its error.

- Inform NomadTech by sending an email with the photos attached to support@nomadtech.es

The maximum term to make the request for change or return in any of these cases is 48 hours from receipt of the order. Nomad Technologies S.L. reserves the right not to authorize an unjustified return or exchange after that time limit.

Once the change is authorized, the collection of the products in poor condition will be ordered and a replacement order will be sent immediately as long as the product is available.

Once a return has been authorized, the collection of the products in poor condition will be ordered and the refund of the amount will be processed within a period of 20 business days.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed by Nomad Technologies S.L.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

These conditions will be governed by the Spanish legislation in force at all times.

For the resolution of any doubt, discrepancy or divergence that may arise in the fulfillment and interpretation of this contract, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valladolid, renouncing any jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
