This material is highly valued in industrial and professional environments for its adaptability. It’s used to manufacture and engrave all types of pieces in various sizes, from small to large. Particularly suitable for control panels; it’s also used for synoptic charts, nautical, aerospace, elevators, signage, railways, machine fronts, trailers, doors, mailboxes, logos, hotels, keychains, circles, ovals, identification plates, signs, numbers, doorbells, trophies, among others.
With a gloss finish protected by a plastic film, it’s ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Its 15-micron anodised layer provides excellent resistance and durability against the effects of atmospheric agents.
This material can be cut with shears or saws; also suitable for drilling, countersinking, edge finishing, beveling, trimming and punching. Engraving can be done with milling, diamond or laser –with darker colours being more suitable for laser engraving as they provide better contrast and legibility–. Cutting is done with milling.
