Reverse plastiply is ideal for manufacturing and engraving a wide variety of pieces, particularly in medium to large sizes. It’s commonly used in professional and industrial applications, such as synoptic panels, control panels, directories, modular signage, notice boards, street signage, cemetery and tombstone markings, office signage, hospital and clinic signs, and more.
It’s a rigid acrylic plastic material with a transparent glossy top surface –protected with a plastic film– and a coloured back surface. It’s called reverse because the engraving is done on the back side (the coloured side), making the design visible through the thickness of the sheet from the front transparent side, creating a visually appealing result. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
It can be cut with a saw and also supports drilling, trimming and bending. Engraving and cutting are done using an end mill and laser.
