Available in satin (0,6 mm) and shiny (0,5 mm) finishes, both with two Ø 1,8 mm holes for nails and a lacquered face protected by a plastic film. Engraving is done with diamond and fiber laser on shiny ovals; with diamond, end mill and fiber laser on satin finishes. For enhanced contrast, the engraving can be darkened using Latonxide.

Applications and features

Important note for engraving: the embossed oval has a flat surface, ideal for precise engraving. Very popular in taxidermy, these ovals are used to identify mounted animals and provide details such as species, name, weight, farm, antlers, date of the hunt, the fighter, the hunter, etc.

Satin finish pieces can be engraved with diamond and end mill; shiny finishes can only be engraved with diamond. They can be supplied with or without holes or with adhesive tape on the back, depending on your needs.

Nails are available for ovals with 1,8 mm holes, and Latonxide is offered to darken the engraving and create greater contrast.
