This coated solid carbide tool, with right-hand helix, is part of the ALU Endurance CC series. Thanks to an innovative multi-layer coating that provides low friction and high wear resistance, it can machine any type of aluminium alloy –even dry– without the need for lubrication:
· Aluminium.
· Aluminium composite panels (Dibond®, Alucobond®, or similar).
· Copper, brass, zinc, etc.
Solid carbide tool with left-hand helix, part of the ALU Endurance CC range. Its geometry is designed to improve workpiece holding under low vacuum conditions. Ideal for cutting thin materials or those prone to delamination, such as:
· Aluminium.
· Aluminium composite panels (Dibond®, Alucobond®, or similar).
· Copper, brass, zinc, etc.
Coated solid carbide tool with right-hand helix, designed to optimise the machining of non-ferrous metals. Part of a series developed to withstand abrasive wear during cutting and prevent aluminium from sticking to the cutting edge:
· Hard and abrasive aluminium alloys.
· Soft aluminium alloys prone to material build-up.
· Aluminium composite panels (Dibond®, Alucobond®, or similar).
· Copper, brass, zinc, etc.
