The Red Fox 2 M offers a 750 × 1,100 mm working area with 150 mm of usable height, the largest size in the Red Fox 2 family, for medium and thicker parts.

How is the Red Fox 2 M controlled?

It creates its own WiFi network and is operated from a web interface on any device (tablet, phone or PC); it includes a preconfigured Android tablet. It also accepts jobs via a USB stick on the machine. It does not connect to the PC with a USB cable.

How does the Red Fox 2 M improve on the Red Fox M?

The Red Fox 2 M is the second generation: a frame three times stronger, ball screws, a quieter 800 W induction motor (30–65 dB), a height probe, improved extraction and control over WiFi and a web interface instead of USB and NomadPanel.

Does the Red Fox 2 come in L or XL sizes?

No. The Red Fox 2 is only made in S (500 × 700 mm) and M (750 × 1,100 mm) sizes. For larger areas there is the original Red Fox family, with L and XL sizes up to 1,000 × 2,000 mm.

What materials can the Red Fox 2 M mill?

It works wood, MDF, plywood, solid wood, melamine, engineering plastics and composites with clean edges. It can also handle non-ferrous aluminium in some setups, although it is not the recommended option for metals.

It is aimed at the demanding professional, serial production and the advanced workshop. It is built by Nomad Technologies SL (NomadTech) in Valladolid, Spain, with its own engineering and workshop since 2016.
