Shipping and Transport Policy
Nomad Technologies S.L. ships throughout Spain and Europe via express courier. Deliveries are made exclusively on business days from Monday to Friday and are carried out by recognized transport companies.
In the case of bank transfer payment, shipment will not be made until the transfer receipt is confirmed, which may delay shipping by 1 to 3 days.
The deadline for your order to be processed the same day is 1:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be processed the following day.
The preparation time for shipment will not exceed 48 hours, if it is longer the customer will be notified to inform them of the delivery deadline, and they may decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
Nomad Technologies S.L. will not be responsible for delays that may occur in shipments as long as these are beyond its logistics tasks and depend on the transport company responsible for it.
When the order is shipped, notification will be sent via email and the customer will be provided with the shipping tracking number to track the order and ensure that the package is delivered on the agreed date and address.
Nomad Technologies S.L. reserves the right not to ship certain products as it cannot guarantee their safety during transport due to their weight, dimensions and/or anatomy. Special handling products (due to their volume or fragility) have a different logistics circuit, with longer delivery times.
It is important to check the condition of packages as soon as you receive them. In case of visible external damage or clear signs of mistreatment during shipping, this should be clearly indicated on the carrier's delivery note. It is recommended to take photos of the damage as they will be required when making a possible claim.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer. Nomad Technologies S.L. is not responsible if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise indicated.
