Terms of Sale
These terms govern the contractual relationship between the customer and Nomad Technologies S.L. regarding the sale of products through its website.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive an email confirming its receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
The purchase contract shall be deemed formalized only when Nomad Technologies S.L. expressly confirms the shipment of the order or communicates its acceptance by any means.
Nomad Technologies S.L. reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons, including lack of availability, errors in the order information or suspicion of fraud. In the event of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded.
GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE
Nomad Technologies S.L. ships to European Union countries.
Delivery conditions, timeframes and costs may vary depending on the destination country and will be indicated during the purchase process.
PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are shown in euros (€).
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
Shipping costs will be shown itemized before completing the order.
The total order amount, including taxes and shipping costs, will be clearly indicated before the purchase is confirmed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Nomad Technologies S.L. ships through specialized transport companies.
The order preparation time is up to 48 working hours.
Delivery times depend on the destination and will be indicated during the purchase process.
In any case, the maximum delivery time shall be 30 calendar days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
For orders paid by bank transfer, shipment will take place once receipt of payment has been confirmed.
Responsibility for the shipment lies with Nomad Technologies S.L. until the product is effectively delivered to the customer.
The customer must check the condition of the package at the time of delivery and report any visible incident to the carrier. We recommend documenting any damage with photographs.
PRICING ERRORS
In the event of an obvious error in the price of a product, Nomad Technologies S.L. shall not be obliged to supply it at that price.
In such a case, the customer will be informed and offered the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS ONLY)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, a customer who qualifies as a consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without justification.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision by email to soporte@nomadtech.es.
The customer must return the products within a maximum of 14 days from the notice of withdrawal.
Unless otherwise indicated, the direct costs of return shall be borne by the customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request, and the refund may be withheld until the products are received or proof of their return is provided.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Products manufactured or customized according to the customer's specifications
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate quickly
- Equipment clearly intended for professional use where so expressly indicated
INCIDENTS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event of products damaged during transport, defective products or order errors, the customer must report the incident as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt.
Photographic evidence will be required to handle the incident.
Once the incident has been verified, Nomad Technologies S.L. will proceed, as appropriate, with the replacement, repair or refund of the product at no additional cost to the customer.
LEGAL WARRANTY
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with the applicable legislation.
In Spain, the warranty period is 3 years from delivery of the product for consumers.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, as appropriate.
PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS
The conditions relating to the right of withdrawal shall not apply to customers acting within the framework of a business or professional activity.
In such cases, the particular conditions agreed between the parties shall apply.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
Nomad Technologies S.L. is not responsible for delays or incidents arising from errors in the data provided by the customer.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms shall be governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
