It is a CO2 laser (10,600 nm infrared), intended for wood, plastics and organic materials, not for cutting metal. On metals it only performs engraving or marking, sometimes with a prior marking solution.

What is the working area of the Atheon Laser M?

The usable working area is 700 x 450 mm, an intermediate size between the S (500 x 300 mm) and the L (900 x 600 mm) of the Atheon Laser family.

What laser power does the Atheon Laser M have?

It fits a 60 W sealed hermetic CO2 laser tube, with water cooling. It allows a cutting thickness of 0-15 mm depending on the material.
