When will my machine arrive?
Soon! The estimated delivery time for our machines can be found in each product’s description.
In any case, after completing your purchase, you’ll receive the updated information and your tracking number.
Can you make alternate shipping arrangements?
We’re sorry to inform you that it’s not possible. In order to guarantee efficiency and high quality, our logistic service is fully centralized.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re eager to work with foreign clients, but, unfortunately, our online shop doesn’t have the option of international shipping implemented yet. If you live outside Spain and are interested in purchasing our products, feel free to reach us out by sending an email to email@example.com and we’ll discuss the possibilities.
Can I pick up my machine at one of NomadTech workrooms?
This option is only available for Red Fox L since it’s impossible to deliver it due to its size. After completing the purchase, we’ll contact you to make an appointment for the pickup.
What payment methods can I use?
In our online shop, you can pay with your credit/debit card as well as by bank transfer. In any case, you’ll get all the instructions during the payment process.
I had a problem with my credit/debit card. What can I do?
Paying by card is one of the safest and easiest methods. However, sometimes large transactions are declined as a safety precaution. In this case, we recommend you calling your bank or making a bank transfer instead.
Can I get a quote or invoice before purchasing?
You can find all the necessary information, prices and delivery times of all NomadTech products in our online shop.
